| | | Poul Muller <poul.muller@undp.org> |  | Poul Muller is Procurement Advisor in the UNDP/PSO Global Procurement Unit and Team Leader for HIV/Aids/GFATM, Crisis Prevention & Recovery and UNDP Country Office Support. Poul joined UNDP/IAPSO in 1994 and has solid experience in handling large scale supply chain management and e-procurement projects on behalf of UNDP, UN, GO and NGO clients world-wide. In 2007, he provided procurement related support to the UNDP Country office in Juba, South Sudan where he was stationed for a longer period as acting Head of Procurement, Contracting and Logistics.
Poul has been a regular tutor on UNDP's training courses since 2007 and has conducted standard and tailor-made courses for various organizations in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. His main expertise lies within public procurement, supply chain management, logistics and Incoterms.
Poul is a Danish National and his academic background is in Economics and with a graduate diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Informatics.

| | This course is designed for those working in the public sector interested in gaining a com-prehensive overview of appropriate logistical arrangements, documentation and Incoterms. Specifically, it is relevant to those new to the procurement function or logistics, or those who have worked in the function for sometime, but have not previously undertaken formal training.
Additionally, those working in functions that include close interaction with the procurement or logistics function, such as programme and project staff who would like a closer understanding of logistical activities would find this course relevant.
